Content Snippet Manager Pro, overview.

Content Snippet Manager Pro allows you to create and manage unlimited numbers of CSS, HTML, Javascript, Tracking codes and WordPress shortcodes.

You will be able to choose the position and the destination of each snippet.

For example, you may need to insert an Adsense banner or a subscription newsletter shortcode at the middle of all posts, you can do it using our plugin, without being forced to edit manually each WordPress post.

Please follow these step to configurate properly a new snippet.

1. Go to the plugin settings and open the Snippet Generator tab
2. Click on New snippet to generate a new snippet

Below are a list of all available options:

Main options

– Snippet name, the name of the current snippet
– Device , the device where you want to load the snippet
– – All, to load the snippet on all devices
– – Desktop , to load the snippet only on desktop devices
– – Mobile , to load the snippet only on smartphone devices
– – Tablet , to load the snippet only on tablet devices
– Snippet position, the position of the current snippet.
– – Header snippet, that means that the snippet will be added before </HEAD> HTML tag.
– – Body snippet, that means that the snippet will be added after <BODY> HTML tag.
– – Footer snippet, that means that the snippet will be added before </BODY> HTML tag.
– – WooCommerce conversion snippet, that means that the snippet will be added when a customer complete a new order.
– – – Dynamic conversion values, the dynamic conversion values allow you to use specific parameters of a WooCommerce order inside your tracking codes, you can deepen from the following link.
– – Post Excerpt, that means that the snippet will be added on the WordPress excerpt.
– – – After how many characters, that means that the snippet will be added before, after or at specific position of the WordPress excerpt, don’t worry our system avoid to break the post excerpt.
– – Post Content, that means that the snippet will be added on the WordPress content.
– – – After how many paragraphs, that means that the snippet will be added before, after or at specific position of the WordPress content, don’t worry our system avoid to break the post content.
– Homepage, that means that the snippet will be added on homepage, when it displays your latest posts.
– Search , that means that the snippet will be added on search result pages.
– Whole website , that means that the snippet will be added inside all posts, pages, custom posts, categories, tags and custom taxonomies, except the homepage and the search result pages.

Custom posts type

For each snippet you can include or exclude specific custom post types, our system generate automatically a list of all registered custom post type, that means that our plugin is compatible with all plugins that use a custom post types, like WooCommerce (called product) or Easy Digital Download (called download)

– Custom post match value , that means that you can decide if include or exclude specific custom post types.
– – Include these items , that means that the snippet will be added inside only the chosen custom post types, you can also type [all] or [All] to include all items.
– – Exclude these items , that means that the snippet will be added inside all custom post types, except the chosen custom post types.

Custom taxonomies

For each snippet you can include or exclude specific taxonomies or categories, our system generate automatically a list of all registered taxonomies, that means that our plugin is compatible with all plugins that use a custom taxonomy, like WooCommerce (called Product_cat).

Note that, from this section you can’t include or exclude all custom post types from a specific category or taxonomy.

– Custom post match value , that means that you can decide if include or exclude specific custom post types.
– – Include these items , that means that the snippet will be added inside only the chosen custom post types, you can also type [all] or [All] to include all items.
– – Exclude these items , that means that the snippet will be added inside all custom post types, except the chosen custom post types.

– User role , that means that you can choose the user role that can‘t load the following snippet, Note that, if an user role is disabled from the main settings, you can‘t enable it from this section

– Custom script , a visual editor where you can put the CSS, HTML, Javascript, Tracking code or WordPress shortcode.
